Do You Miss Pizza? Not Anymore! Gluten Free Pizza, Homemade in 30 minutes!
With seemingly endless flour combinations outside of the realm of gluten based flours, we tried them all to develop just the right Gluten Free Pizza Dough. The winning combination includes organic brown rice flour, organic buckwheat flour, teff flour and sweet rice flour.
What we chose NOT to put in this crust mix is as significant as what we put in. Because of allergies and sensitivities we chose not to use corn, soy, or xanthan gum. The result is a thin crust pizza with a whole grain taste. We think it’s delicious! And it’s not just us, here’s what one of our customers has to say:

As with our other Pizza Kits we’ve included the parchment paper, which is especially useful with the unique texture of gluten free dough. You’ll press the dough ball out right onto the paper (par bake 5 minutes), add our sauce and your toppings, then straight into the oven making it super easy to prepare homemade pizza in 30 minutes!
