Why cooking paper?
Because the high-temperature cooking paper makes it so easy! You’ll press the dough ball out onto the paper, add the sauce, your toppings, then cooking paper and pizza go straight into the oven onto the oven rack, or a pizza stone if you have one.
It’s just that simple.
Pizza Crust: Whole Wheat, Gluten Free or Low Sodium Whole Wheat
Each of these dough mixes are a recipe developed with a lot of care, baking and testing by us. Not food scientists, but real people enjoying the process of making a great recipe that we truly love and are proud to share.

Pizza Sauce Ingredients: Organic whole peeled tomatoes (tomatoes, sea salt, citric acid, calcium chloride), organic tomato paste (tomatoes, citric acid), organic extra virgin olive oil, organic garlic, organic raw sugar, organic basil, organic oregano and more organic spices.
Whole Wheat Pizza Dough Ingredients: Organic whole red spring wheat flour, organic unbleached white flour, yeast, organic raw sugar, sea salt (no salt in the Low Sodium), organic black pepper and vitamin C.
