I am delighted to say that my daughters and I made your pizza last night. We sometimes have those crazy rushed evenings that come as a result of a working Mom with elementary school aged children (8 & 10) who are of course, exceptional and busy children (!). With 45 minutes to get dinner on before homework, bath, etc etc – it was the perfect meal. It was great! Just the kind of packaged dinner that doesn’t feel like I am falling prey to the “fast food option” and still participating in a very important practice in our home – cooking. I am looking forward to having your pizza again and telling lots of people about your product.

Thank you so much! Our son and family live in Asheville and served this wonderful pizza for dinner on our last visit in October. We raved about how delicious it was, so were very happy to have a gift box from the children under our Florida Christmas tree! Excellent product! Pizza night tonight!

It’s all about the crust.
Most people are into toppings. For me, it’s the crust. That said, GalloLea has this part nailed.
The crust bakes into a golden brown – slightly chewy delight. The process has very simple instructions and the parchment paper is a bonus.

Tasty, simple and some good touches.
My friends and I had a party surrounding trying this pizza kit. We were delighted. It really is simple, the parchment paper was splendid in assisting the process. We made one thin and one thick. They both came out perfecto and tasted like it was thin crust or thick crust. The sauce is very good, we were pleased to find it was not sugared up. And though I thought I would never be a person to buy a pizza kit, I am already planning to order another.
Gluten Free Pizza Kits

I am on a Gluten Free Diet, my friend shared one of your pizza kits with me. I made it last night. WOW- It was GREAT!!! Many of the Gluten free foods leave little to be desired, but even my boyfriend enjoyed it!
I’m actually going to be ordering some more of the kits in the next few days for both myself and my Father (a diagnosed celiac)!!! I just wanted to say thank you for creating such a wonderful pizza dough and sauce!!!

I have Celiac Disease. I stopped by Earth Fare last week to get some of the specialty foods I cook with and was looking in the freezer area for a frozen pizza (which are not the best). One of the young men who works there mentioned that I should try your mix. So I purchased the kit and tried it last evening. It was great. My husband also thought it was very good and he had just eaten a regular pizza prior to trying it. I will definitely purchase it again on my next trip to Asheville. I live in Rutherfordton. Thanks so much for developing and marketing this mix.

I just wanted to thank you and to give you our feedback. First off – gluten free, corn free organic pizza kit!?! I have seen gluten free pizza, but never one that was organic or corn free and we were very anxious to give it a try. The pizza kit was extremely easy and convenient and we loved that we could get creative with the toppings and personalize each pizza. My kids had a great time getting involved and quickly gobbled up the pizza, even the ones not on a gluten free diet. We love it.

Low Sodium Whole Wheat Pizza Kits

I wanted to take a few minutes to send an email to say thank you. I am 39 years old and live in Atlanta. last October I went to the ER with what we thought was a lung infection and discovered that I had a bout of congestive heart failure. As a result, I was put on a low sodium diet and was forced to completely re-create everything that my wife and I love to eat.
Luckily, I have been cooking for almost 30 years, so after a good bit of research, I started working on new, fresh low-sodium versions of the things we love to eat. For Christmas, my wife got me a gift certificate for the Healthy Heart Market. I waited until May to use it, as I wanted to see what all I could find locally, and I found ALOT of items…but there were some items I still had not found.
When I placed my order with the market, one of the items we got was your pizza kit. I must say, your pizza kit is the best one I have ever tried- it is low sodium and delicious! The crust baked up nice and crispy and tasted amazing. I recently ordered a bulk kit from you and it arrived within a few days with a hand written note of thanks plus some recipe ideas from yourself about grilling the pizza.
I apologize for the length of this note, but your product is excellent.
Keep on working on products.
